Featured Dartford Hotels

If you're looking for Dartford hotels as somewhere to stay just outside London or simply for easy access to the M25 early in the morning to get you to your meeting, we can certainly meet your requirements with our excellent locations.

Dartford, Kent, is just 40 minutes from Central London by train and is around 35 miles from Gatwick airport, so is easily accessible for all visitors. The town has become somewhat of a commuter area for Greater London but also has a lot to offer in its own right.

Crossing from Kent to Essex over the River Thames, you would most likely use the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, the second longest cable bridge in the UK. Lullingstone Castle in nearby Eynsford is certainly worth a visit too to take in its "World Garden of Plants", the first of its kind in the UK. The River Darent flows through Dartford and it is well worth taking a stroll along its banks to relax and unwind.

Visit nearby Brands Hatch racing circuit for a driving experience or to watch some thrilling racing. If you're a lover of animals then Eagle Heights is a great way to see and interact with birds of prey.

Shoppers will not be disappointed as the huge Bluewater Shopping Centre, one of the biggest in Europe, has well over 300 stores and is only 4 miles from the town centre. Cross the Thames into Essex and head over to the Lakeside Shopping Centre for another great shopping experience.

Whether it's business, pleasure or a mixture of the two, don't let your search for Dartford hotels pass us by. We really can help you to get the most out of your stay.

Nice hotel
By mrb42
I have stopped at this hotel on several occasions before, thankfully all have been when there isn't anything happening at the arena or stadium so its not been too busy. The location is good and its [More] nice that they have plenty of car parking spaces, something you don't always get in London. Just watch the height of your car, I dive a Volvo XC60 and was just able to squeeze under the low ceiling with a matter of inches to spare. The hotel is good and breakfast is nice with plenty of space to sit. Having a pool on site is also a nice touch and the kids particularly enjoy it. It's not the biggest but having a separate shallow one for the kids is a well designed feature, just watch the steps getting down to the pool from the changing rooms as they are quite steep. On checkout day there was a slight problem as there was no hot water in the rooms as they were repairing the hot water system. We hadn't been told so I only found out when I was half way through a shower, certainly one way to wake you up! I phoned reception and I was advised hot water was still available in the gym, they apologised for not getting a message to me and waived the car parking fee by means of compensation, a nice touch I might add. Overall a good hotel in a nice location, I would go back again (I think this was actually my 8th visit!). [Less]
Perfect for Wembley
By Goog999
We booked for a stay during an England game, 2 adults and one child. We were offered an upgrade for my fathers 70th birthday (thanks Roxanna!) which was a lovely touch. The standard of the hotel was [More] excellent and the evening food and breakfast was superb. The only disappointment was the 'behind the bar' selection of sandwiches/baguettes which was limited and overly expensive. But overall fantastic and would definitely recommend [Less]

Never fails to impress
By Janet000
This hotel is my number one choice, whilst staying in London. The reception staff are polite, professional and were very helpful during my stay. The room, after your first night, is always [More] presented like the first time of entering. The breakfast is excellent and the bubbly lady who takes your room number/seat always starts your day very well with her enthusiastic mannerisms. [Less]
Nice hotel near docklands
By mikej2
Clean, modern, has a pool and a (somewhat small) hot tub, and a steam room. Bar and lounge were nice. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Right next to the DLR, so transit is really easy. [Less]
Holiday Inn Express - Victoria
By glortz
very good stay. warm staff. comfortable room. good location. typical HIE breakfast. three thoughts: not enough available plugs (only one free on desk, one free on floor by room door - should be next [More] to bed; hot beverage service was placed on desk shelf on floor, not upper shelf or on desk; it is a good shlep from Victoria Station, so don't think it is around the corner - walk not difficult, but nevertheless there is a walk. [Less]
Slept very well and staff very friendly
By bananas77
Staff very attentative and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept very well. Only drawback was that other guests were loud in the hallways on the way to the breakfast room [More] and waiting for the elevator. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. [Less]
Convenient but confined
By Consort
Well situated for access to Victoria Station and for the delights of Pimlico but the rooms are somewhat compact. Breakfast among the labyrinth of corridors is not ideal. However friendly staff help [More] to make the stay acceptable. [Less]
