Scored 9/10 for most things, couldn't fault it for the price, got everything we expected. [Less]
Good nights stay
By Avtar
Came here for a nights stay for business. All's good apart from they've stopped doing the 20%discounts for members for food and drinks etc. But its still value and nice and chilled. [Less]
Very convenient
By Ruby05
I found the welcome at the Holiday Inn Express - Dartford very professional and polite. The whole experience from arrival to departure was very easy. I was very impressed with the room especially [More] against the actual cost of my stay and the breakfast choice was excellent and suited my needs. The bed was very comfortable but I'm not a great sleeper when away from home. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again. [Less]
Great overnighter
Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Friendly, efficient staff and great value for money. Will be staying again. Many thanks [Less]
Great value, recently refurbished, OK-ish breakfast
By eddm
The room was great - recently refurbished to a high standard. Everything was extremely clean, nice towels too. Breakfast is included, it's clearly very cheap ingredients but will set you up for the [More] day - basic porridge, sliced bread, those reconstituted eggs, sausages. The coffee in particular was a bit gross. I would definitely recommend this hotel nonetheless, it's very good value. [Less]
January Stay
A pleasant hotel for a few nights working away, however as with most hotels the designers of which never actually stay in the properties. Self / soft closers on hallway doors are usually in affective [More] when the elephants' trample through at 5AM waking you through the thin walls. But that's more the fault of inconsiderate quests but these things do happen, so ask for a room that's away from lifts and hall way doors and overlook the car park to avoid the road noise. [Less]
Good value for a Sunday night
Pleasant staff and easy booking, very useful to have parking available and transport links to central London very good. [Less]

My wife and I booked this hotel for an overnight stay to see Billy Connolly at the Hammersmith Apollo. We were very pleasantly surprised to find an extremely clean hotel with great service at a great [More] low price for London. It was literally a 10 minute walk to the Apollo and there were numerous restaurants and pubs in the vicinity of the hotel. We will definitely return in the near future to this hotel. [Less]
Good location and excellent service
By GSegran
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hammersmith for 4 nights. I chose it for the location as I wanted to be in the Hammersmith area. However, it is served by a large network of buses and the main [More] Piccadilly Line tube, and you can get to Heathrow or St Pancras or any other part of London easily. The room has no frills but is more than adequate for my needs. Very clean and quiet. HBO or some movie channels would have been nice. Was disappointed to know that you had to pay to use the computer terminal or I would have brought my notebook as it was not convenient to edit/track documents on my phone. Breakfast was a bonus. Sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt, freshly baked croissants and rolls etc. I ate too much because it was all good. The coffee was not to my taste so I would pop over to one of the cafes or pubs nearby for a cappuccino. Lots of and shops restaurants nearby. Grateful for the staff who tried their best to provide good service and help in whatever way they could, in particular the GM Sub Iyer and duty manager Arun V. Thank you everyone. [Less]
