Wandsworth also contains Britain's busiest train station - Clapham Junction, through which more trains pass than anywhere else in Britain. Its location is also ideal for those travelling to London's two biggest airports.

As in any London Borough, there is a wealth of cultural activity in Wandsworth. Battersea Arts centre has been described as Britain's most influential theatre and if you experience one of their many fine theatrical performances, you will soon find out why. Gastronomes will love Chez Bruce, the borough's stand-out restaurant.

memorable family weekend
Excellent staff, facilities and stay. The whole family enjoyed it. Highly recommended, particularly for the proximity to the O2. [Less]
5 Star Experience
By Nags2451
Great everything but warning: If you get a room on the 3rd floor ensure that you ask about the view as on the 327 side of the building you only have a big metal, grey obstruction to see and nothing [More] else. I paid the exact same amount for that room as my family did who had a beautiful room on the 12th floor with stunning views. The only downside of the otherwise awesome experience. [Less]

Good location for family visit. Nice hotel.
By David
We have stayed in the area several times before, but this was our first time here. It cost a little more than others which are less conveniently placed, and we were disappointed to open our curtains [More] in the morning to find men stood on the scaffolding outside. Without this we would have scored the hotel higher. [Less]

We walked to big Ben in 25 mins from hotel so it's a good location without paying central prices. Our room was a bit noisey at night from outside traffic although didnt keep tge kids awake. The whole family had a lovely break will return to the hotel again [Less]
