Great welcome, comfortable room, friendly staff
By Mrs Yorkshire
Great welcome, comfortable room, friendly staff. Bedroom clean and tidy, god nights sleep and okay breakfast. Evening meal could be improved and could be better value for money. [Less]
Good service
By 1909svdb
The staff went out of their way to help. Ask for a quiet room facing the inside of the hotel; you are in central London. Book in advance to get the best rates. [Less]
Good Central London Hotel

Good nights sleep. Good Air Conditioning. Good room service. Breakfast could be better. Bathrooms need updating. [Less]
Good food and very helpful staff - excellent location
By MontrealCanadien
I always love staying at this hotel. It is excellently located and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Hotel guest rooms are very well equipped and have everything you need for a business [More] or leisure stay. The food in the restaurant is very good - the inclusive breakfast range is very vast and the dinner menu is also very good. The only downside as with most central London hotels is the lack of on-site parking but there is a multi-story car park a quarter mile away. [Less]
Absolute gem in the middle of London.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in quite a long time. I look forward to exploring the Indigo brand. The staff and room were spot on. Thanks for making a quick London trip even better. [Less]

By Rastaz
The hotel is very well situated for easy access. We were attending a family gathering and family members were attending from various locations from the north and south of England. The rooms were [More] small but were clean and, most importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable. Also, the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. [Less]

This made a welcome break in our journey. Comfortable and friendly. Only problem, I never received a confirmation email, or receipt, so can't check just what I paid! [Less]
