Good hotel, convenient location for me. Be aware poor mobile phone signal due to proximity of heliport. [Less]
Wow - Crowne Plaza Battersea
By PeteJ446
Lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a junior suite - room 502. Fabulous room and great service. Views over the river Thames from the bathroom and lounge area and a very good nights sleep. Thanks [More] Crowne Plaza Battersea. [Less]
Couldn't fault the service
By Mrs Ash
From Emmanuel who checked us in at the front-desk, to well-appointed upgraded room that was larger than normal for London, our overnight stay got off to a very good start. The bed was very [More] comfortable and the bathroom well-equipped with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The room was very quiet and made for a very good night's rest. Breakfast the next day was delicious with a lovely service from our waitress and smiles from the chef. I would certainly stay at this hotel again. [Less]
Clean and convenient
By Film buff
This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. It's very convenient for the Southbank. Getting there is easy too. The refurbishments being done during our stay did not intrude on our privacy or disturb us, [More] nor did they affect the core functions of the hotel. The price included breakfast which made it decent value fir money. We'd consider staying there again if visiting that part of London in future. [Less]
Great location especially from Luton Airport
By Alan TB
Great location within walking distance to main tourist attractions and Blackfriars trains station for travel to and from Luton Airport. Hotel is comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and good [More] English breakfast included in price. [Less]

Great location and friendly staff. Easy to get around and see the sights. We like to walk and see the sights. So it was just between it all. [Less]

Another superb stay and such kindness from all.
By DSG01
My wife and i stay here at least 6-8 times per year and we always book this hotel when we visit from Dublin. We had our wedding anniversary this week and decided to make a flying visit, on our return [More] from dinner we met Phillipos on the front desk as usual, and his warmth and charm were as evident as ever. We told him the reason for our quick visit and within 30 minutes he had organised a wonderful gift for my wife and I. Unfortunately due to a bad oyster earlier in the day my wife felt very ill during the night, and when I explained to the wonderful lady on the desk the next day, that our flight home was at 19.00 she gave us a very late check out and made sure our room had plenty of bottled water so my wife could relax and get better. Old fashioned service at the highest levels from all the staff. As long as the HI Mayfair stands it will be our go to hotel in London. And we will be back in 2 weeks for another 3 nights. [Less]
Clean, Comfortable, great location
By PierreRio
Very pleased with my recent stay. Room was great, spacious enough, and the hotel splendidly located for my purpose (business). Breakfast is good but dining room would need to be revamped - a bid [More] dark. Staff was great. [Less]
