This hotel is very well situated 2 mins from the DLR, 2 mins from the Emirates Air Line which takes you to the O2 Arena which is 2 mins from the pier to catch the clipper which carries you to all the[More] interesting places along the river as far as Westminster. Drop your luggage at the hotel any time before check in and leave it there when you check out so you dont have to drag it all around with you. Hopefully you will meet the lovely helpful concierge who was on duty in the morning when we arrived and in the afternoon the following day when we collected our luggage he was very cheerful, helpful and efficient . Comfortable rooms and nice food.[Less]
Decent hotel, exactly what you expect for the price
Decent spacious rooms in a good location for business or leisure. The pool is a fair size for a hotel, and was quiet whenever I used it.
Would recommend if you're looking for an upper-mid tier[More] hotel.[Less]
A good hotel in a great location
Located near the Emirates Sky Crossing and a few yards from the Excel centre, this hotel is fantastic for both leisure[Less]

The title says it all really. The only bad thing about it.[Less]
Great Bed and sheets
Good Bed and bed sheets.
Comfortable atmosphere and environment.
Underconstruction - but excellent service
Stayed one night on a business trip to London and was forewarned they were under construction. The entrance has been moved whilst the main entrance and that part of the hotel are renovated.
Check[More] in was fast, polite and efficient, with an upgrade to an executive room on the 8th floor. The room 464 overlooked the side of the hotel facing the post office. Plenty of vans to count to get a sleep.
Room was good. A wet room bathroom (wow) and huge fluffy towels. Small fridge with just the complimentary water was good if you are staying a week and like to have snacks.
TV was nailed to the wall and only really visible from the bed (why).
Good desk - clean - what more can you ask.
Breakfast was the usual well cooked and presented affair. The room was warm and had 4 air con units trying to keep it cool.
Check out was fast and efficient.
A bit out of the main stream (40 minutes walk from Euston) - but a quiet area. Local pubs and eating houses and to be fair a good price for a 4 star London hotel.[Less]

Stayed here for one night as it was very close to a venue where we going to a reception. Staff were able to get us taxis to the event and the next day to return to the train station. Very efficiently.[Less]
Couldn't have been more welcomed and/or comfortable
Warmly welcomed in a very clean and comfortable hotel. Great location, well positioned for many attractions, including the wonderful Marylebone High Street.
With Holiday Inn you know what you are[More] going to get, i.e. good service[Less]
Short Stay but cost value not great
I found the hotel to be adequate but would have happily stayed in an express, but all were booked for the given night. The significant cost of this hotel doesn't justify what is supplies. However it[More] is close to central London, so perhaps that justifies the cost.[Less]
