Discover the very best of neighborhood living when you book a stay with Hotel Indigo® in one of our London boutique hotels. Mix and mingle with the locals over fresh hot bagels on Brick Lane, or grab a picnic in Paddington and head to nearby Regent's Park for ball games and open-air theater.

Savvy travelers explore the city by the 'tube' and discover that whizzing from one district to the next on the London Underground is the best way to go. Take time out to sample the sights, scents and sounds of the city's best-loved neighborhoods - slurp noodles fresh from the wok in atmospheric Chinatown, head to the South Bank for a cultural afternoon at cutting-edge galleries and Shakespeare's Globe theater, and join the tennis-mad for strawberries and cream at Wimbledon in July. There's a wide choice of lively bars and restaurants within walking distance of your London hotel. Latest London Hotel Reviews

Nearly there!
By SomersetSomerset
It seems like the room refurbishment is complete and the public areas are now being "done". Reception modernised although a cab driver commented "I see they've pimped this place up" Bar and [More] restaurant now in the basement. Bar atmosphere in the temporary surroundings actually seems more welcoming than upstairs. I can't say the drinks have improved - draught beer off on my last visit and pinot grigio was of the enamel remover kind. Exec/Superior Rooms (can someone tell me the difference?) comfortable with a sofa for relaxation. Décor is neutral to bland. Bathrooms sometimes bath with shower over or a more practical shower unit. One of those hotels that you'll be unlikely to rave about but never object to. [Less]
Holiday Inn kings cross
By sjpkgp1
Quite like the hotel, but it is being renovated which means public areas are being constructed/being substituted. Rooms OK, breakfast was not up to HI standards, partly due to temporary room I think. [Less]
Early Xmas Shopping
By Janrick
My wife and I visit London every October time to do a little early xmas shopping and always stay at the Holiday Inn because we always enjoy the hotel. It is always friendly, comfortable and inviting. [More] Although the hotel is going through refurbishment it has not detracted from this. The room was excellent wery comfortable, clean and tidy, Meals were very good and filling. Cannot wait until the refurbishment has been completed to see it in more splendour. I would recommend this hotel to stay when visiting the capital [Less]
Terrible Car parking
By afdsfafdfaf
While I have always enjoyed my stay there with good friendly staff, it does annoy me that I have to pay extra for parking, especially the very rare times that you can get into the hotel car park even [More] arriving at 2.30pm. Surely you shouldn't be paying for that "pleasure". Using the multi storey next door doesn't really alleviate the issue, I don't expect to pay for ANY parking when stopping at a hotel [Less]
Excellent, just what you want and need
By GrahamUK
This hotel is ideally located and provides just what you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was as expected and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. We had no problems or [More] criticism and confidently recommend this hotel. [Less]
Execellent Service

When ever we stay away we always use Holiday Inn hotels. Always clean. Staff perfect. Food perfect. We always enjoy our Holiday Inn experience, and the cost suits our budget prefectly. [Less]
The TV and plug
By Hydrangeas
During my stay , the TV was positioned at one end of the room which made the viewing very uncomfortable. I will suggest that the TV should be in front of the bed , it can be done , by puttinng the TV [More] on the wall instead on the Table at the side of the room. Another suggestion is to have more plug for electrical usage [Less]
Clean, friendly hotel
By larayh
This hotel was a little hard to find since it is referred to as "Earl's Court", when it is actually closer to West Kensington and West Brompton Stations. I was greeted as a Platinum IHG Reward Club [More] Member and was upgraded to the newer building. The room was modern and clean and met or exceeded all of my expectations. The wifi was adequate. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is a little bit away from the tourist areas of London, but the transportation system was very clean and efficient. There is a bus stop right outside the door and a tube station two bus stops away. You can be in the heart of the city in less than 30 minutes. The complimentary breakfast was always well stocked. I asked for a late (1:30) check out and it was granted without hesitation. The only thing I did not rate excellent is not really a big deal to most people, but the "lounge" is really just the lobby of the hotel. A separate area would have been a nicer touch, but again, not a big deal. When I return to London, this will be my first choice in accommodations. [Less]
